* Ticket purchase "speed test" was carried out by 20 testers in 2020. Timing was started when the app was opened from the home screen, until a user received a message that a ticket had been successfully purchased. The testers were able to buy tickets in an average of 20 seconds. The fastest time was 16 seconds.
The same test was carried out in Ticketmaster's app, and had a purchase time of over 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Venue
The "Venue" profile can be specified with detailed information. End users have the opportunity to follow the department to receive updates and messages. Administrators can also send out push notifications to followers of this department.
With Moodie's structure, all events are linked to a venue. This means that the venues themselves can have control over events, participants and ticket sales.
With a collaboration with Oslo Taxi, the user can order a taxi directly in the app.
